Point Blank Period Strategy, LLC (PBP) was founded in 2024 in Richmond, VA by Alex Troisi, a marketing strategist with a passion for empowering small businesses. Alex began her career in digital account management, where she observed various career paths within the creative industry, from agencies to corporate and non-profit environments, and even the start-up scene. Along the way, she encountered a recurring issue: while each setting offered unique opportunities, creatives were consistently limited by rigid pay scales.
Additionally, Alex observed that many small businesses were effectively priced out of traditional agency services, leaving them to settle for cookie-cutter contracts or outsourced talent that didn’t fully understand their vision or target market. This often led to inconsistent branding, ineffective marketing strategies, and unsustainable budgets.
Driven by the belief that small businesses deserve accessible, high-quality marketing solutions without needing to become experts themselves, Alex founded PBP to bridge the gap. PBP allows local creatives to bill their full rates, fostering a collaborative environment where small businesses can access top talent at reasonable prices. Alex’s vision is to ensure that every business, regardless of size, has the support to grow with integrity, creativity, and true-to-their-brand strategies, while the creatives that assist them have the opportunity to grow their local network and do the work they love.
